The Liverpool lettings market welcomes a new player this month in the form of Carbon Lettings. Launched by LSH Lettings, the company behind the well-renowned Luxury Student Homes, the brand offers an outstanding calibre of professional houseshare, something which can be tricky to find in a city with as many private landlords as Liverpool.
The company’s student offering, Luxury Student Homes, has gone from strength to strength in Wavertree, Kensington and other popular student areas across the city. Their reputation for excellent service, with 9/10 tenants claiming that they were happy with the service they received, is something that the company is now keen to bring to professionals in Liverpool.

The company offers a fortnightly cleaner for shared areas of the property such as kitchens, bathrooms and lounges, plus some incredible modern conveniences such as a 50″ TV, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The properties are largely based around Allerton and Aigburth, situated ideally for commuter routes to Liverpool city centre, to Manchester or towards Speke and Runcorn.

“The premise for Carbon is to make housesharing as straightforward as possible so tenants can focus on what matters to them. All bills and council tax are included in your rent, so you never have to worry about when to pay or how much,” explains Neil Colquhoun, Director. “Communal areas of each property are cleaned once a fortnight and all the conveniences you’d need for work and play are included.”
