What happens next?
1.We’ll draft up your tenancy agreement and email it across for you to review and sign.
2.We’ll send details of how to pay your deposit. Once it’s paid, we’ll log it with the Deposit Protection Service.
3.We’ll perform some information checks and collect some key details about your guarantor if one is required.
